Pros: I am impressed with the durability of these coilovers
Cons: Uses stock mounts

I have had Tein SS coilovers on my car since 2002, with ZERO problems to date. This set-up in conjunction with the Nismo anti-sway bar has made my car handle better than cars that cost much, much more. Adjustability is the key factor with these coilovers, and I am glad to be able to adjust ride height and, or, damping when I need it.

Pros: Dampening adjustability, height adjustability
Cons: Questionable ability to handle 336 rear rates, no upper mounts

Install was okay, took a few times and following pictures wasn\'t the easiest but we got it. Wish there were upper mounts included. I have the 336/336 f/r setup and sometimes I question if the rear shocks can handle the higher rate. Even set somewhere in the middle the rear rides pretty harsh. Overall though for what you pay, they are a good, shortened, adjustable setup. Worlds upon worlds better than coil springs.

Pros: Very responsive, streetable spring rates, EDFC compatible, dapening and heigh adjustable
Cons: No upper mounts

Great for the track and spirited driving thru winding roads. Coupled with front and rear sway bars the car is incredibly responsive. Dampening adjustabilty is doubled to 32 levels with the addition of the EDFC.

Pros: responsive, tight turn
Cons: bottoming out

the best initial mod invesment. i recommend tein suspension as initial performance mod over header or intake. it is the sh@t. don't do this during day time or at busy traffic hour (you're an idiot if you do, don't hurt yourself or anyone else), at midnight hour, i went around the rotary at 50mph to test how well the suspension resonse to sudden turn and bums. it is amazing compared to stock. however, tein bottoms out very easily. i recommend danger boy exhaust mounts to prevent your aftermarket exhaust from hiting the rear beam.

i test drove ksport. tein is better.

just get it!
