Description: The ECSTA ASX is a very well rounded ultra high performance tire. With a asymmetrical design, it combines the grip and feel of a ultra high performance tire with the everyday needs of a tire (low noise, all season traction, and hight ride comfort). The ASX also uses high angle high volume slanted and circumferential grooves to increase water drainage and hydroplainging resistance. The ECSTA ASX is made using the latest technology and silica compounds for a great ride in the most demanding conditions.*

Pros: Good tread life, holds the road in wet conditions, a little more sticky than any other all season tires I have tried.
Cons: Tend to squeel (maybe howl) during hard cornering. i.e. autocross

Over all, these are some very good all season tires. The design really holds the road in wet conditions. Also, the tread life is very good. My current set have seen 2 autocross meets and look as though they lost very little tread through it all. The only con I can find is that during hard cornering they tend to squeel or howl pretty well (while still holding the road).

Pros: Good in almost any condition
Cons: Side walls are soft

Cant complain other than the weak sidewalls but its a softer than normal rubber because it has to be used in the winter.
