Temp Sensor Location - B15sentra.net

Can someone please help me with where its located? I have searched the FSM and it states its near the alt, its not. I have a 2000 2.0 and can not find the sensor anywhere.

i think there's more than one temp sensor

the iat sensor on a specv is built into either the maf or throttle body. so it could be part of another piece. i would go outside and look but im not fluent in sr20

IF its the air temp sensor you are asking about than it is on the air intake tube right next to the battery. It should have a connector on it and the actual sensor should be white if it is stock. You need to pinch the connector and remove connector and then pull firmly to get the sensor out of the rubber gasket holding it in place.

yea, if thats on your intake tubing then yes, its an air intake temp sensor (ait), im just saying there's more temp sensors, theres thrmostats, temp sensors on the ac, etc
