Lol stuff is still green down there? It is all dead and ugly here. I went out the other day to shoot and not only could I not find any fall leaves still on the trees, but I really didn't find anything at all.

Well. those are a kind of pine tree, so they are green all year no matter what. But besides that, yeah, it was 75 degrees today, so things are still green

wow. i want to show these to my sister. she is in the market for a "prof. grade camera," but all the stores keep referring her to Nikon or cannon (which i know are exceptional, but i told her very expensive)

The Sony he is using costs just as much or more then some Nikon and Canon cameras. The body alone runs $1800-$1900. All of dSLRs can take good pictures...it is more the person and knowing how to use them. I thought Pentax was the worst out of the ones I tried. The lenses were annoyingly loud when focusing.

I actually almost got a Sony until my friend talked me into Nikon.

These are RAW images converted to JPG. They are not JPG from the camera, and I don't know why anyone would use camera JPGs besides quick snapshots with a camera that has RAW.

A circular polarizer was used for these, btw.

Let me know where. You cannot use a "RAW" image as background unless you convert to JPG (or BMP or maybe also TIF).

I will re-size to 1680 for you (not sure what the height will be - not 1050 if you want to keep the proportions) and send it. Do you want the white border or not? My signature?
