WRP - scam, fraud or just bad business?

As many of u cross-forum members may now realize, WRP has been called into question on SEVERAL occassions by many known and respected members on myspecv. His integrity and lack of customer service are 2 of the biggest issues. A former moderator on myspecv, BigJ, was in contact with Will (wperdigon - CEO/Owner of WRP) and they had been in talks about working together. bigJ (Justin) declined as he saw through Will and his schemes of selling parts for profit without any proof to back it up. It came to be that BigJ and donspecv02 actually did a dyno test of the Intake Manifold Spacer. Will asked them to CONTACT HIM FIRST so they can "go over the details" before the results were posted on the forum. Don and Justin's gut instinct told them that this was NOT KOSHER and decided to post the results prior to speaking to Will. This ensued more problems than one could imagine. It became a Will vs. intelligent, unblind followers proving his IMS was useless.

If you havent read, the IMS did not make any power gains, in HP or in TQ and it didnt even adjust the AFR. Will then swore that Justin and Don didnt even install the part and that they were "out to get him". Now, neither Don nor Justin have anything to gain from this dyno. Neither are a manufacturer, just customers. Don has 3 other WRP parts installed, so at the very least he wanted to make sure the parts made power. It has been a problem since WRP started making products that they are NOT tested at all and yet they have HP claims.

Now, speaking as a former mod/member of myspecv, it has blown up out of proportion. Those that speak out against WRP and its products seem to "disappear" off the forum for "starting s#!t" with a vendor. To be honest, this vendor is a low down, dirty, thief when it comes to business deals. He does ship parts, so hes not directly STEALING money, but by selling a product that makes no gains, would be essentially the same thing.

Myself and BigJ have been either temporarily/permanently banned as our views and goals of making sure innocent people arent suckered into the WRP products has gone on. Luckily, there are many other members who see this and will not allow a company, such as WRP to continue to rip off customers.

I wanted this forum to be aware of WRP shady business practices and how they fail to deliver. Many of their GB are extended 2-3 weeks longer than usual. In fact, WRP had a GB of over 30 crank pulleys sold. He claimed during testing it BLEW UP the test vehicle. The moderators only (it was in the MOD section) found out otherwise through BigJ and emails from WRP. Will specifically stated he made them too small so they didnt fit in the first place. now rather than being at a loss, he turned around and sold the bad pulleys as "paperweights" which were snatched up quickly.

I am only here to warn others of his parts and his business practices. He lies to each and every customer and then admits in a few threads he is out to only make MONEY not make sure the customer is satisfied.

honestly, that forum had its greatness and i would like to be allowed back but it is what it is. the admin team feels that making it known that a paying vendor is out to rip people off isnt acceptable. I guess warning the community from a person with bad feedback would be the same thing, so sad.

fyi, please dont make this a msv vs. b15sentra pissing match, this is strictly about WRP and its business practices.

That wasn't my intention. You were just such a large contributor over there (not to mention a moderator). It just surprised me that you were banned over politics.

/myspecv discussion.

i haven't really paid much attention to the parts he makes, but i do remember discussions here requesting dyno proof, etc. and things sounding really fishy. interesting.

Sad to here this, dude came across as a very nice guy.

I'm glad i'm a currently unbanned member of a forum with a great degree of "free speech" (not required by law), otherwise i'd surely be perma-banned by now.

edit * Perhaps this would be a good thread for you guys to state your issues & discus them? OP could list claims that are unsupported & WRP could have an opportunity to show some backup or explain a dyno discrepancy, etc.
