07 Spec V news - you guys are gonna hate me but.. - B15sentra.net

I just recieved front and rear shots of the Spec-V as well as specs and engine details from NNA.. unfortunately I can't say anything about it as we are under emargo by Nissan until 9:00pm Pacific Time Tuesday, November 28th. We will at that time post pics and specs on our website, www.nissansportmag.com , (including hp info for both the SE-R and SE-R Spec V). The info will be up before the debut of the 07 Spec V at the LA Auto show if you want to get a jump on it.

I know it seems like a big teaser, I really want to post the pics right now for you guys.. sorry

Yeah, except Toyota killed off all their performance cars, they have no sports cars, or sport compacts, no more Celica, no more Matrix XRS, no more Corolla XRS, no Supra. Unless you consider a 130hp Corolla a thrill to drive, i dont see anything interesting about a Toyota these days. lol, Honda, and Mazda has more going on with Sport compacts then Toyota.

if its not turboed or supercharged or awd or anything that majorly different than i wouldnt see a whole lot of them selling. i hope its at least over 200hp with a bigger redline. i dont see nissan puting a turbo on it though. i think they should bring back the 240, that would be sweet.

Ok guys, its definitley not a scam..

We are a legitimate print magazine.. We have subscribers that post on this board.. I post here whenever I can. I just figured you guys might want the inside scoop on the car as soon as it was available (before the LA autoshow). I just got the email this afternoon and worked w/ my editor so that we could at least get the date of release info out.

From info that has floated around the net, plus what travis told us, I expect the SE-R to be nothing special. Now the Spec-V is another story. Next tuesday will decide if I get the new Spec, or a MS3 in about a years time.

I agree...... well at least as far as the 90's and prior go. Now toyota is getting pretty lame except for the x-runner (I want one badly) or if your into 4wds and nissan quality has gone to crap after the SR20de was killed off.
