Speaker sizes
So I have a 2001 SE w/ PP.
I checked out cardomain.com and they said that the 2001 Sentra has 6.5" in the rear and 7" in the front. However, I don't think they factored in the PPif it makes a difference in speaker sizes. Main question is, what sizes are the speakers in the front and the rear for a 2001 SE w/ PP? |

Read the two stickies at the top of the Audio section. It has all the information about the audio system that you'll ever need. Basically, though, CarDomain is wrong, the speakers are 6.75".

6.5-6.75 all around
Front are 2" deep but you can fit up to a .75" one piece spacer or 1" two piece spacer, giving yourself 2.75 or 3" depth respectively. The rear has around 2.25-2.5" depth before you hit the torsion bars.

I want to buy Infinity KAPPA speakers and they're 7" fronts and 6.5" rears. Here are the specs:
Fronts (Infinity KAPPA-652.7I) Power Handling, RMS: 75 Watts Power Handling, Peak: 225 Watts Sensitivity: 94dB Frequency Response: 45Hz - 25kz Mounting Depth: 2-3/16" Impedance: 2 Ohms Rears (Infinity KAPPA 63.7I) Power Handling, RMS: 75 Watts Power Handling, Peak: 225 Watts Sensitivity: 95dB Frequency Response: 45Hz - 25kHz Mounting Depth: 2-3/16" Impedance: 2 Ohms LMK if these will fit or if I'll need adapters/spacers, or anything else. |

They will fit, but the kappas don't sound very good and you'll also need an external amp to run them since the headunit can't handle 2ohm.
