filling up gas tank, shoots gas back out???

So i go to the gas station at 2:30 a.m on saturday night, put the pump in the tank like i always do, start the ***** up and put down the lil trigger thingy to keep it going.. all of a sudden after like a gallon it starts shooting out gas than stops, so im like wtf, try putting it back in an hand pumping it, same thing... yada yada yada, tried filling up again today at 3 different stations, same situation at each one, why the hell is pressure building up in my gas tank and wtf do i do to fix it??? anyone else had this problem??

If i fill up super slow, it doesnt spill out everywhere, but it still will shut the pump off as if it is full?? anyone else have this porblem???

Your vent is clogged. Several things could cause this but that's what the problem is.
