LOL, I wouldn't be jealous just yet, didn't you see all the treads on the problems?? They still have some R & D to do, not to say that it won't be a good kit, just back to the drawing board they go.

I promised myself I wouldn't get too involved with the turbo threads until I pay my car off. I am worried about an impulse buy on a credit card and then years of regret. So I haven't kept up. But hopefully I caught the bidders' attention and you could give them that advice.

Eh, I don't know much except for SSR blew an engine on around 8lbs of boost! I'm not gonna get into the Trav vs SSR argument, but I will say that they have some more R & D to do before anyone will buy it!

I wish you people would listen so I wouldn't always have to repeat my post! I said I'm not getting into that! I have my opinion and I will keep it to myself! I didn't say SSR's kit was crap or anything, just said they have some more R & D to do, so maybe they will have to wait 8 months till SSR figures out the correct spec's for their kit on our engine!

First of all.. I'll say that I'm not bashing SSR's kit at all... and I think SSR and I have a decent relationship now.

But I think for them to sell a kit that's not be tested and has blown up an engine is foolish. Why on earth would you sell something you KNOW is not going to work. It will only come back to bite them in the a*s. I realy don't understand why they are doing this.

I don't think that will ever happen again.. not with the guys in SoCal helping me out with the fab work. We'll see I guess..

I believe it was around 5.5psi of boost that it blew.. not 8psi. At least that's what the dyno chart said that I saw while in SoCal.
