Got my Header installed!!

Overall very easy install. Ran into a couple of things. That EGR tube was a B$&@* to get out of the stock manifold. The only two things I have to do is get an O2 bung welded onto the secondary so I can do the whole "spark plug anti fouler" fix. Right now, the second O2 isn't even plugged in. Yea good ole' engine light , and at the same time, get a hanger installed. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. The gains are felt in the butt dyno. Even my wife says she feels a difference. Although she is saying that to make me happy. LOL.... This coming week my intake is arriving so I know that will help out too. Thanks to BillC for selling the header!! Enjoy the pic below.

When I cleaned the bay, the stock manifold was on along with the heatshield so anything under/around that didn't get cleaned very well. Now that I have space and the nasty stock manifold out, I can do the rest Thanks for pointing that out. HAHA.

Its a Gen V HotShot. I just got the o2 bung welded into the secondary pipe and did the spark plug fouler fix. No more CEL WOOT!!!! Only had to use 1 fouler instead of 2.

not sure about your se, but the ser needs 2 antifoulers, with one it just takes a while for the ses light to come back. thats a nice header, lucky you found it, the company has been out of business for quite a few years, so enjoy it, im sure it sounds great!

is that right on the down pipe? I had to extend my o2 all the way past the cat. Clean install as the factory harness and sensor look brand new.
how many miles do you have on the cat?

I had it welded just infront of the cat. Didn't feel like buying an extender/cutting the wires to extend it. I do not like wiring things

The SE has 45,000 miles on it.
