Hey all,
I've been reading different things about these mounts for the QG. Has anyone used them before? What mounts will fit the QG? The last two things that I read was that the front mount from a QR is the same as the front and rear mounts from a QG. I also heard that the QG mounts are the same as the SR mounts. Can anyone confirm this? My OEM mounts are trashed and are in need of replacement. Thanks! |

I'm familiar with the increased vibrations, and I'm also familiar with the ES mounts coming off after a while. That's why I wanted the Prothane mounts. It seems that I may have to go down that route...

Well, Prothane mounts aren't expensive at all, and I have access to a hydraulic press. I just don't want to get a mount that won't fit. lol

i've attached an image below which shows prothane part#14504 being used for the rear mount on a qg crossmember. the front uses the exact same insert, however i am still running the standard front mount to try and reduce the vibrations...

Appreciate the picture!
Excellent, just what I wanted to see. Not that I will mind much, but how are the vibrations?
