. The P12 Primera I think is ****ing ugly though. and you realise that the N16 Almera is the same chassis as the B15? Cept you lot got lucky and got the SR20 and QR25 in them :/

lol yes well I know there were a few *ahem* issues with that engine. But at least you got something with some power

. Stick an SR20 in an n16 however and you've got something good.

I get AAFES fuel as well, just explaining that the US will become more diesel friendly as their fuel prices start to rise like they did in europe.

I have a gas car, kinda with I got a turbo diesel, but wasn't worth the extra 2K at the time

My sister loves her Jetta TDI and has for a couple of years now. It has a great interior. She basically had to order it and wait about six months to get it. Her diesel mechanic & OTR truck-driving husband has been very satisfied with it as well.

FYI the almera is 99% the same b15 platform as the rest of this board so those comments won't win you new friends

I own one and although its not the best car ever its a pretty good car.
