Rear Panel Vibration
I've been told that even with dynamat and/or foam to fill the back panel space there is still a noticeable vibration rattle noise. Does any one have any idea's as to what to use in place of the above mentioned means of noise reduction?

I'll try to see what mine does next week when I get the stereo back in, try a few things, and let ya know. Is this rattle in the deck of the window or lower?

I've got some E-dead on thatpanel to eliminate de rattle ... I found out the main rattle usualy comes from the two bars that help to open the trunk. There is some rattle that comes from the white plastic box (for the seat belt)

like pasta said those bars gotta go first then atleast 2 layers of deadining material top and bottom (my opinion is dynamat extreme others are a wastre of $$$ and time) and get rid of the speakers back their too just move them in a better spot for imaging, if you got a serious trunk. expanding foam doesnt hurt in all dead space but be carefull with that stuff. and always remember its always going to be a sentra its gonna rattle your just trying to cut down on it as much as you can.

You just need to smack the hookers harder when you put them in the trunk to keep them from knocking.

But seriously, mine has never rattled. The speakers are coming loose which is creating a rattle for me now. Just too lazy to tighten anything. |

If you turn it up loud enough you can't hear the rattling =]
