Since it is the fuel pump. IIRC the fuses are normally in the incabin fuse box. But you mentioned you couldn't find it. Try the in cabin fuse box again. I'll see if I can find anything else.
the instructions say to disconnect the fuse to relieve the pressure from the fuel system. even tho i relieved the pressure i still got fuel everywhere wtf.
Its FUSE #29 third from the right on the bottom row.

When I did my spacers, I didnt leak any fuel, and I didnt do anything to release fuel pressure. You can just pull off the fuel rail with all the injectors as one piece. IIRC, there were just 4 clips holding the injectors in the manifold.
yeah but one of the injectors stayed plugged to the mani and that's when the squitage begun.
