| What does B15 stand for? |
| B15 is a chasis code for any Nissan Sentra made from 2000 till present. |
| Why is it called a Spec V instead of a V Spec? |
| The V spec moniker is used on the latest R34 Skyline. this properly Indicates a Purpose built " Victory Specification" car.
Nissan of North America aslo wanted this V Spec Moniker on the Se-R. However Nissan of japan disagreed with this usage on the sentra chassis. thus they switched it to Spec V " specification Victory" |
| What if I put put mod on my car, will my warranty be voided? |
| Technically, no, according to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. As far as warranty service is concerned, the dealer must "prove" that the aftermarket part was the direct cause of a given malfunction in order to refuse service. However, since this "proof" is rather open to interpretation, be prepared for resistance from the dealer. Also, some dealers are more accommodating towards modifications than others. Check with other local owners to locate such "mod-friendly" dealers. Further, to be on the safe side, many owners put their car "back to stock" before taking the car in to be serviced -- e.g. putting the OEM intake system back on for a defective MAF sensor.
