In-Dash CdChanger Err2

Today my 6 cd indash cd-changer stop working. It display an Err2 Message. I manage to get all the cd from the unit, but still not working.

I live in Venezuela, so garanty will no apply here (because i bougth 2 year ago in Miami).

Does someone know the procedure to fix the unit, or this error mean that i have to get rid off it (hope not).

same thing happened to me but how did you manage to get the cd's out? I couldn't it just stopped and there was a sound like if it was trying to move but it got stuck, if this is the same thing that's happened to yours than you have to take it to the dealer and they will take it to clarion where they will change the mechanism, thats what they did to mine, they charged me 160 bucks! and I work in clarion! I thought they would charge me less damn!
