Ok, so I ran all my RCA's power wire and remote turn on wire today and installed the alpine deck in the lower DIN. Gonna try to get the components installed tomorrow and MAYBE dynamat some stuff. Heres the question(s):

1) How do I get the speaker wires into the doors? (Damn I bet thats a huge *** n00b question)...anyway I see the loom type thing right next to the hinge but I have no idea how to get wires there. . . I took apart most of the car while running the other wires and never saw these openings.

2) I installed my alpine in the lower DIN and there is a good deal of space around it still, but not enough for the black trim piece that came with the deck, it still looks good, but wondering if anyone has found a way to fill the gap.

3) where did everyone mount their fuse (exisiting holes?) Guess I could drill new ones, but would rather use exisiting ones.

Thanks all.

Also snapped some pictures of how to use the drivers side grommet to run power wire, I'll post them tomorrow with a short write-up since there has been some discussion of that before.

1) I believe the entrance is behind the driver/passenger kick panels for the front and behind the b pillars for the rear.

2) I have my deck in the lower din and it fit fine. Maybe your deck is misshaped

3) be more specific on which fuse.

1 - behind the kickpanels I think, then you go through that rubber thing you were talking about
2 - ?
3 - you mean the fuse on the power wire? I just drilled new holes for my fuses
